The attendance certificate can be downloaded from the personal user area of your registration account once the congress has finished.
The name badge is the official congress identification document. Please wear your badge at all times in order to gain entry into the session rooms and exhibition area. Admission to the congress area will not be permitted without badge identification. Kindly note that for the reprinting of lost or forgotten badges, an administrative fee of 20 Euro will be charged.
Cancellations must be received in writing by January 27th, 2022, in order to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after that date.
Substitutions are possible. To substitute a registration, please send an email including the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to registrations@eado2022.com
The cloakroom is located on the Ground Floor to the right of the entrance to the Main Auditorium. Please refer to the floor plan for orientation. As storage space is limited, we recommend all guests to store their baggage at their hotel. Please note that the organizer and the congress venue will not accept liability for any items left behind.

European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (UEMS/EACCME)
An application will be made to the UEMS-EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).
To obtain the CME certificate, you must have 80% attendance and the evaluation form must be filled out online in the personal user area. You will then be able to download your CME certificate.
American Medical Association (AMA)
The American Medical Association (AMA) has an agreement of mutual recognition of continuing medical education (CME) credit with the European Union of Medical Specialties (UEMS). Physicians (MDs, DOs or equivalent international degree) may have their EACCME European CME Credits (ECMEC®s) converted to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ by applying to the AMA.
Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

By far the best way to get around Seville is on foot!!
- Taxi
Taxis are white, with a yellow stripe; look for the green light on the roof to indicate it’s free. There are extra charges for luggage, weekends, holidays and night time. - Bus
Seville has an extensive network, covering all barrios around the city. Most buses leave either from Puerta de Jerez (south of the centre) or from Plaza Ponce de Leon (east). The circular buses, C3 and C4, follow the ring road around the old city centre. One small bus takes a circular route inside the centre, the C5. They run from about 6am to 11.30pm, with night buses leaving from the Prado from 12 midnight to 2am. For more information, see the Tussam website here
Tickets cost €1.40 per trip, bought onboard.
Tarjeta Multiviaje Ticket A cheaper option is the Tarjeta Multiviaje (plastic card, €1.50 refundable deposit), which you can recharge, and can also be used on the tram. The minimum amount is seven euros, for sin transbordo (without changes, ie using one line only) or con transbordo (with changes, using more than one line); each journey costs 0.69 euros (sin transbordo) or 0.76 (con transbordo). The cards and recharges are available from kiosks and estancos (tobacconists).
Tarjeta Turista Ticket A good option for short visits are the one-day card (5 euros) or three-day card (10 euros), offering unlimited travel. These can be purchased in the Puntos de Información de TUSSAM (TUSSAM Information points). On purchase you have to pay a 1.50 € deposit which will be returned if you take the card back. The card can also be recharged online at the TUSSAM website here
- Tram (Metro-Centro)
The tram (tranvia) goes south from Plaza Nueva, the centre of the city, and has four stops, covering a total distance of 1.4km. After leaving from Plaza Nueva, it goes down Avenida de la Constitucion past the Cathedral, stopping at the Archivo de Indias (next to Alcazar Palace), San Fernando (where Puerta Jerez Metro station is), the Prado de San Sebastian (Metro station), and terminates at San Bernardo train station (Metro station), where you can catch a Cercanias train. Confusingly, the tram is called Metro-Centro, even though it’s nothing to do with the metro. It runs from 6am to 1.30am. You can buy a ticket (€1.20) at any station, from the machine on the platform, which you stamp on the tram itself. A more economical option is the combined bus/tram rechargeable pass, Tarjeta Multiuso (see above, Bus). - Metro
This finally opened in spring 2008, and is used by an estimated 20 million passengers a year. It is small-scale, using just three passenger coaches, with 22 stations. But it’s clean, efficient and regular and has proved a success. The metro currently has only one line operating, out of four which are planned. Line 1 runs east-west, from Ciudad Expo in the Aljarafe (surburbs on the hill beyond Triana) to Montequinto, passing through Los Remedios (Parque los Principes, Plaza Cuba), south of the centre (Puerta Jerez, departure point for many bus lines, and Prado, where you catch the tram), and on to San Bernardo, which offers Cercania (surburban) train services. Its next station is Nervion, where the Sevilla FC, Sanchez Pijuan, is located. It then continues east into residential areas, including Pablo Olavide university. The Line is 18km long.
It runs from 6.30am (7.30am Saturdays and holidays) to 11pm (2am on Friday and holidays). Semana Santa and Feria have special schedules. Tickets cost €1.30 if you stay in the same zone (there are three), €1.55 (two zones) and €1.75 (all three zones). If you use a rechargeable card (see Bus), they work out cheaper €0.80, €1.15 and €1.35). A one-day ticket costs €4.50, offering unlimited travel.

Welcome to Seville!
Some cities blast you away, others slowly win you over. Seville disarms and seduces you. Its historic centre, lorded over by a colossal Gothic cathedral, is an intoxicating mix of resplendent Mudéjar palaces, baroque churches and winding medieval lanes. Flamenco clubs keep the intimacy and intensity of this centuries-old tradition alive whilst aristocratic mansions recall the city’s past as a showcase Moorish capital and, later, a 16th-century metropolis rich on the back of New World trade.
But while history reverberates all around, Seville is as much about the here and now as the past. It’s about eating tapas in a bar or seeing out the end of the day over a drink in a buzzing plaza. The sevillanos have long since mastered the art of celebrating and the city’s great annual festivals, notably the Semana Santa and Feria de Abril, are among Spain’s most heartfelt.

The temperatures during the day in Seville range between 11°C and 24°C. However, the daily average temperature for Seville during April is around 18°C, which is a great temperature for many tourists as it’s warm but not overly hot.
